Client Overview
Women’s Rehabilitation Group (WRG) is a nonprofit organization focused on empowering women, children, and young adults through education, vocational training, scholarships, and community-based development initiatives. Founded in 1983, the organization works with grassroots partners across India and the United States to create opportunities for self-reliance and financial independence.
Challenges
One of the key challenges was presenting WRG’s wide range of initiatives in a clear and approachable way. With programs covering education, vocational training, scholarships, community development, and rehabilitation, the website needed to make this information easy to discover without overwhelming visitors.
Another challenge was communicating the organization’s impact and long-standing work through a strong visual narrative. The website needed to balance meaningful stories and program information with important figures such as women empowered, children supported, training programs, and years of service.
Additionally, the platform needed to create a clear path for different audiences—including donors, supporters, beneficiaries, and volunteers—to understand WRG’s work and take meaningful action through sections such as programs, events, stories, and donations.
Our Solution
We designed and developed a structured, story-driven website that presents WRG’s mission and initiatives through a clean and purposeful visual experience. The homepage establishes the organization’s core message immediately, followed by its mission, vision, key initiatives, and measurable impact.
The website organizes WRG’s extensive program portfolio into dedicated sections, allowing visitors to explore individual initiatives and understand the work being carried out across different communities. Program pages provide space for detailed information, supporting imagery, and the specific outcomes of each initiative.
We also created a clear content hierarchy across sections such as Who We Are, What We Do, Our Programs, Scholar Stories, Events, Photo Albums, and Contact, making the website easier to navigate while keeping donation and engagement opportunities accessible.
Outcome
The final website provides WRG with a more structured digital presence for communicating its mission, programs, stories, and community impact. The combination of visual storytelling, organized program information, impact statistics, and clear calls to action helps visitors understand the organization’s work and explore ways to support its initiatives.
The platform also provides a scalable foundation for presenting new programs, events, scholarship stories, and community initiatives as WRG continues its work across different regions.
