Client Overview

Lisika Bajaj is a counselling psychologist based in Mumbai, practising both in person locally and online globally. Her integrative, client-centered approach combines skill-based tools such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with a gentle, intuitive presence, and she brings a specialised focus on anxiety, relationships, trauma, life transitions, and reproductive mental health, including fertility and perinatal care.

The website needed to reflect the warmth and credibility of her practice, present her qualifications and approach clearly to prospective clients, and provide a simple, sensitive way for people to reach out and begin therapy.

Challenges

A key challenge was designing for a deeply personal and often sensitive decision – starting therapy. The website needed to feel calm, safe, and human rather than clinical or transactional, while still establishing professional credibility through qualifications and training. Another challenge was presenting multiple distinct offerings – one-on-one therapy, curated workshops and retreats, and a dedicated reproductive mental health programme – without making the site feel fragmented or overwhelming for a first-time visitor.

The enquiry process also needed careful handling. Different visitors arrive with different needs – a general discovery call versus a specific programme enquiry – and the site needed separate, appropriately detailed forms for each, along with visible crisis support information for anyone who may need immediate help.

Our Solution

We designed and developed a warm, trust-led website built around Lisika’s story and approach. The homepage opens with a reassuring message and a clear path to book a discovery call, followed by client testimonials that build early trust. An “About” section presents her journey, qualifications, and training in a structured, credible format, while a dedicated “My Approach” section breaks her therapeutic process into clear, digestible steps. A “How I Help” section organises her focus areas – anxiety and stress, relationships and family, trauma and life transitions, and reproductive mental health – so visitors can quickly identify what’s relevant to them.

Workshops, retreats, and group programmes are presented as a distinct offering, and the reproductive mental health programme (The Fertile Mindset) has its own dedicated section with its own enquiry path. Two tailored enquiry forms were built – a general discovery-call form and a more detailed programme enquiry form – each including visible, non-intrusive crisis-support information (Tele-MANAS and Vandrevala Foundation helplines) for visitors who may need immediate support.

Outcome

The final website gives Lisika Bajaj a calm, credible digital presence that reflects the care and professionalism of her practice. Clear sections for her approach, focus areas, and programmes make it easy for visitors to understand how she can help, while testimonials and qualifications build trust before the first conversation even happens. The dedicated enquiry forms give her a structured, sensitive way to capture new client and programme interest, supporting her goal of helping people take that first, often difficult, step toward therapy.
