Since its inception in 1980 as Mohita Dyechem, primarily a manufacturer of Turquoise blue, the company now boasts one of the most extensive product portfolios in the reactive dyestuff industry. The merger of Mohita Dyechem into Astik was a strategic move aimed at generating synergies as part of their expansion and restructuring efforts.
Astik, with its headquarters located in Mumbai, India, operates two cutting-edge manufacturing facilities. One is situated in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, while its sister concern, Shree Chakra Organics, is located in Tarapur, Maharashtra. Together, these facilities have a combined production capacity of 18,000 metric tons per annum. This deliberate diversification of manufacturing sites across different regions enables better risk management in the face of unforeseen circumstances and maximizes the utilization of local resources.
